Carving Programs
Since 2004… we’ve been helping artists develop the artistic, business and social skills required for personal success.
The artists in the carving programs are grateful to our supporting partners: ServiceCanada, Yukon Justice, Teslin Tlingit Council, Kwanlin Dun First Nation, Little Salmon-Carmacks First Nation, Ta’an Kwach’an Council, Individual Learning Centre, Yukon Department of Education, Arts Underground… and all of the patrons who purchase their work.
Visitor options
- Option 1 – Downtown Whitehorse, 4194 4th Ave, across from the Qwanlin Mall, open Monday-Friday 9:30-4:30
- Option 2 – Sundog Retreat studio during intensive retreat weeks (email to inquire about schedule)
- Option 3 – private viewing with artists (please email)
Over time, we hope to develop customized learning opportunities for visitors to create their own works of art and/or to offer authentic artistic experiences with Yukon First Nation traditions.
